Description

This stimulating 90-minute class gives kids in grades 5-8 the opportunity to write, direct, act in, and edit their own mini movies and commercials! Filmmaking for Kids is designed to be fun and engaging, while also teaching children storytelling and filmmaking techniques. We'll begin with learning how to construct a strong story with the essentials like inciting incidents, conflict, character development, and more. Students will learn how to use the camera, and choose the right angles and shots to meet their vision. With 100% hands-on learning, the young filmmakers will get to explore their talents and bring their imagination to life in this immersive, and entertaining environment.
